Red Hills Farm is nestled amongst the scenic hills and valleys of beautiful Steuben County - New York State.
The historical records indicate that the property was used as a farm at least as far back as the late 1700's. This would indicate that farming on this property began at the time when the Seneca Indians used this area as their hunting grounds. The original settlers seem to have come to the area as a result of the Indian wars fought in NY State.
In addition to the rich historical heritage, the farm is also located on the Finger Lakes Trail which is part of the North Country Hiking Trail. This is a 4600 mile trail that begins in New York State and goes all the way to North Dakota.
Red Hills Farm concentrates on producing dairy products as well as the development of registered dairy cattle. Red Hills Farm also raises crops for feeding and general support of the Registered Dairy Cattle business.
